   You are right. For almost a decade now I'm on a strict LCHF diet -- the last
year even on a keto diet.

   180cm and 80kg I'm doing fine according to my daughter (MD) who performs a
yearly health check on me. She, if anybody, should know if there's anything to
be worried about. After all, she only have half of her parents left...
