Don't know if it helps, but there was a file that came in on one of the 
distro areas called "PPP BBS." I think it's supposed to help you do that. The 
filename is PPPBB253.ZIP. It should be available for FREQ by the time you get 
this.
Here's the FILE_ID.DIZ:
