May not be but I've always demand fed my dogs.  With a working dog such as
guide dog I found that my lifestyle wasn't schedule friendly. HOwever when
at home, whether home was motel room or our actual home if food is down
he/she can have it.

Since we're still reinforcing correct bathroom behavior with 5 month old
Rottie pup though food gets taken up a few hours before bedtime.

I've heard a lot about the Dog whisperer but never actually seen his show.
GUess I"m gonna have to get a dvd player just to get his dvd's as
everybody raves about them.

I've always been a firm believer in reinforce the correct behavior with
praise and try not to punish. Regards,
