I opened one of the Pens I got from The Dollar Tree store and measured
the Ink tube in it.

The plastic part is 3 - 7/8" long (I didn't measure the metal tip),
and about 3/16" diameter.

If that Army Pen takes a regular refill like the one inside my Pen,
go to The Dollar Tree store and buy a pack of 2 or more Pens and open
one of the Pens and put the innards in Your Army Pen.

Many Pens like the Parker T-Ball Jotter and those made by Cross have a
different shape to them instead of just being a straight tube.

If Your Army Pen has a special shaped in cartridge, open it up and look
to see if there is a Name of a Company, or a Serial Number printed on it.

I know Huntington has a Office Depot store, they may have a Refill for
Your Pen.

Or try looking for it at Office Max or Wal-Mart.

You might try looking for it on Your favorite Search Engine to see if the
Results Listing has any help for You, I use DuckDuckGo.com when I Search.

I did a Search for Army Pen Refill and most of the Results Listing had
something about Swiss Army Pens so I looked further down the list and
got to a listing for Military Pens.

On that page I looked for the word Army (without the word Swiss) and this
is the first item that came up:
