| subject: | Re: BBS Soft & A & Amiga Forever |
Best and easiest way to go is WinUAE, full support for both Modems and Telnet. My board right now has only Telnet, but I do have 2 modems hooked up to it and will open them to the public in the near future. WinUAE makes it very easy to go about getting everything installed. I run CNet and setting it up on both a regular A4000 emulation and even a A4000 PPC with AOS 4.1 was not hard at all.. I went away from the AOS 4.1 because the PPC emulation had minor issues with Telnet, nothing major that would have prevented it from being used but I didn't like the stability. I downgraded to 3.9 and and run on a a regular 4000 and it runs flawlessly.. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A39 2018/04/21 (Windows/32)* Origin: The Wrong Number Family Of BBS' - Wrong Number ][ (1:267/157) SEEN-BY: 57/0 135/376 153/250 226/100 229/426 267/800 280/464 317/2 393/68 SEEN-BY: 633/0 267 280 281 412 640/1384 712/132 620 848 770/0 1 100 340 772/0 SEEN-BY: 772/1 210 500 @PATH: 267/157 800 770/1 712/848 633/280 267 |
