At the alibaba.com page I made another Search and added the word Refills
to the Search String:

Near the bottom of that page it mentions the refills come from China.

I'm sure there are other places where You can look for Refills for
Your Pen.

I hope maybe the Pen takes a standard refill and what The Dollar Tree
sells will fill the bill for You.
