Microplay was spouting the same line today. They claimed to know the
real developer and they said it was IBM that developed the RISK chip and not
Atari. They just put Atari's name on the chip because IBM didn't want any
part of marketing a game machine. They also said it was two 32 bit chips
operating in parallel on a 64 bit buss.
What a load of crap.
