That always depends on the distribution of these people, the mean value tells
you nothing. 10% of the Swedes live in Stockholm, the density there is not much
different from Brussels.

Each and every country is experimenting. We know next to nothing about the
virus, how it spreads, what advantages and disadvantages measures or
countermeasures will have. I think one important point is to keep people
informed as good as possible to allow them to draw their own conclusions. Each
government will be well advised to communicate clearly with their population to
explain what they are doing and why. So far my impression was that Sweden is
doing quite ok on that part.
