 WD> I have an opinion to vent here ... :-) ...

Before I comment, may I please emphasize that the above chart is not in any
way to be taken literally (as in absolute numbers) but it's the trend that's
important.

WD> 1) Sweden is a very big country (a lot of people fail to notice that),
WD> therefor the population density of 25 people per square kilometer is in
WD> sharp contrast to my country where the density is 367 people per square
WD> kilometer. For that reason alone Sweden has a very very much lower
WD> reproduction ratio of the virus than any other country.

True. But more than two million Swedes live in the Stockholm area. 1.5
million in the city itself (3,950 people per km^2).

WD> 2) Sweden only counts deaths of people who previously tested positive
 WD> for the
WD> virus. Those who presumable died because of the virus but were not tested
 WD> yet are not counted.

   Totally wrong.

WD> 3) Sweden does not count Covid19-deaths from nursing homes ...

Once again, totally wrong. In fact, this is exactly why the Swedish death
toll is so high: we are one of a few countries that actually count the nursing
homes. They account for more than 50% of our deaths.

WD> 4) There is no uniform counting way between several countries and
 WD> because of
WD> this numbers are being kept low. If they were counted as they are in
 WD> Belgium Sweden's numbers might like times-4 or -5.

True. That's why I can only repeat: any graph showing the development *must*
not be taken verbatim, it's the trend that is important.

WD> 5) I think it is very cruel to endanger an entire population for an
 WD> experiment.

I think it's cruel to endanger an entire population with edicts from a
handful of politicians. Some people may trust their lives with *their*
politicians -- I don't...
