Not sure what this has to do with Kermit, but the 3rd "field" is a just an
additional, truely unique value, creating a truely unique message-ID,
making-up for the diffiencies of FTS-9. The 4th "field" is just a repeat of
the 32-bit "serialno", just incase some software somewhere parses out the
serialno (from right to left).
