Joan, I can't tell you how touched I was by this. I am in the middle
of a disability reinvestigation that is precision-designed to make the
client feel (a.) societally useless and (b.) societally useless.
Getting this from you was a tremendous day-brightener and I really,
truly appreciate it. (And if you think I'm kindly all the time, you
haven't cut me off in traffic lately. )
