Midwest Powerhouse Wrestling "March Madness"

The report that MPW DOES NOT WANT you to read...until Easter.  And
that madness, is MY OWN!

This rap sheet is posted in news:rec.sport.pro-wrestling.info a
newsgroup that many wrestling organizations could utilize to spread
info about their shows but don't, and the archive of all the ones I've
written are stored in http://rap-sheet.tripod.com.  You may find this
report at other locations as well, where I can post it and not have it
deleted off.

My problems with the webmasters of boards associated with MPW
continue.  Following this evening's show I posted the results on two
different boards, ones not controlled by MPW itself, but its fans.  I
will name the two individuals who deleted them off.  Scott Wallace -
SHAME ON YOU!  Magoo - SHAME ON YOU!  There, they have been outted. 
The excuse given is that this was a TV taping, for the very few people
that get cable from a certain cable company in the St. Louis area and
they think if the results of the show get out, fewer people would
watch it.  Yeah, and no one's watching Smackdown because everyone can
read the results of the show on Wednesday.  These guys, paranoid as
they are, insist their ratings will plummet to zero if my rap sheet is
read.  The Crimefighter says it's COMPLETE AND TOTAL HOGWASH!  I've
been BEGGING for someone to step forward and claim they don't watch
Smackdown cause they read the results on Wednesday.  So far, NO ONE
has come forward to admit this.  Wonder why?  And a show of hands in
the crowd as to how many have this particular cable company so they
can watch this show amounted to a dozen out of 100-150 people.  Yep,
no one can get this show so nothing's spoiled for them anyway.  Bottom
line, there's a DESPERATE need for a "stlwrestling.com" of some sort
that matches up with "chicagowrestling.com" where I can read news of
St. Louis wrestling events and submit news and not be hogtied by the
actions of the owners of a wrestling fed.  I certainly can't do it,
cause I am 100 miles out of town and I'm not willing to commute there
every week.  And I will still release these Rap Sheets in a TIMELY
manner, not after it's aired on television where I can't tell when a
certain show airs anyway.

Once again they run in a building with a freakishly low ceiling making
moves off the top rope near impossible without taking out the ceiling
tiles.  The open with a pre-show with Chris Powell giving out an award
for the MPW Fan of the Year.  I figure it out that it's Scott Wallace
cause of his website and the fact that he drives 2-3 hours to watch
the show.  Powell actually tells the crowd to shout TWO after every
two count.  Why?  Powell says there's a surprise at the end of the
show.  Course I know who it is.  He promises the Legion will have the
crap kicked out of him.  At this point I hold a sign that says "Legion
= nWo Rip Off".  And some maniac fan is screaming at me.  "That's
wrong!"  "What do you mean it's wrong?"  "That's SO
wrong!"  "No it
isn't!"  "Sit down!"  "No way!"  "You
suck!"  "You suck!"  Guess he's
a Legion fan.  They play the very long music to open the show then
introduce the referees and Mr. Bigg.  Mr. Bigg is wearing a St.
Patrick's Day outfit, meaning the first show will air during the week
of the 17th.  Rod Jeremy is your ring announcer.

MPW Tag Team Championship
(c)"Lust" Uriah 6'2" 160lbs. Parts Unknown &

345lbs. - I should point out there are some maniac Legion fans around
me including some kid wearing a crash helmet.  I don't know what it is
about a little kid liking heels so much.  Your referee is Lee
Carpenter who isn't a very good referee.  Brutality Inc. ended up
being the last tag champions of Rampage Championship Wrestling.  Uriah
is the former Agent U who was one of the guys wanting to beat the crap
out of me for the last rap sheet.  Haze doesn't seem to want Erebus
around, just the tag belts.  Lust and Ruby start.  Lockup armwringer
Uriah.  They trade hammerlocks, Lust gets a headlock, side suplex
Ruby.  Turnbuckle smash, whip big splash Ruby.  Airplane spin toss
face first move by Ruby that drops him hard on Uriah's shoulder.  Now
I think he might be injured.  Tag Davis, armwringer, savot kick gets
two.  LOW BLOW Uriah.  Tag Haze, he kicks the leg, kneedrop on the
knee.  Tag Uriah, knee drop from the second rope, standing leglock. 
Tag Haze, he kicks the leg some more, figure four!  Haze grabs the
rope for extra torque but gets caught after a while.  Tag Uriah, half
crab, but Davis gets out.  Haze gets a cheap shot in on Ruby, Lust
slugs away, Davis hits a sloppy looking Rock Bottom.  Tag Haze and
Ruby.  Clotheslines by Ruby.  Whip shoulderblock Ruby on Haze,
backbreaker Ruby gets two.  Ruby slugs away, X FACTOR Ruby, tag Davis.
 They make a wish and double leg drop Haze in the gut.  Whip sideslam
Davis gets ONE, Uriah broke it up, Davis nails Lust.  Haze with
ANOTHER LOW BLOW.  Haze stomps the leg on the rope, tag Uriah, Davis
with a gut shot, whip clothesline gets two.  Derek with the death
valley driver attempt but Uriah's in and KENDO shots both members of
Brutality Inc. in front of the referee, but Lee Carpenter is such a
CLUELESS MORON that it doesn't enter his mind that doing such a thing
is ILLEGAL and is an automatic DQ that he counts a pin for the Legion.
 WTF???

WINNERS and STILL CHAMPS:  "Envy" Christian Haze &
"Lust" Uriah pin ->

Match would have been better if not for the retarded finish.  And to
show how much of an COMPLETE {at}$$HOLE Uriah is, as he leaves he KILLS
three security guys with cheap shot kendo shots to the head and one in
the ribs.  I shout at him "URIAH YOU SUCK" for it and he stops and
stares at me.  Two guys behind me are shouting at him to whack ME with
the stick.  Gee we've got people wanting wrestlers to attack fans. 
There's a big difference between a bad{at}$$ and an {at}$$hole.  Uriah
clearly is no bad{at}$$.  And the security guys couldn't do their job for
half the show cause they were in great pain for a couple hours.  For
those actions, "Lust" Uriah should be PUNISHED SEVERELY for his
actions, which either would include suspension, fines, paying the
medical bills of the injured, and perhaps being fired.  There is NO
EXCUSE for what he did whatsoever.  BTW, Magoo was the one who
suffered the broken rib, and he stabs me in the back when I try
standing up for him on his own message board.  Nice.

After THAT mess has been cleared out they bring out MPW's only two
women wrestlers for their 1,375,350th match together.  Mr. Bigg comes
in the ring and has an announcement.  He's taken an interest in the
ladies wrestling lately so he's gonna create a women's title and pulls
out a small replica of the WCW World Title.  Anyway, the winner of the
match is the champ of the two sometimes three-woman division.  To help
the cause of increasing the size of the women's division I passed
along a photo of NMW's only woman wrestler Cherry Malone.

MPW Ladies Championship
Jaden 5'5" 140lbs. St. Louis, MO vs. Trinity 5'4" 125lbs. Miami, FL -
Lockup, armwringer Jaden, takedown legdrop.  Trinity rolls her for
two.  Waistlocks are traded, headlock Trinity, takedown.  Trinity puts
on the liontamer, Jaden gets out of it.  Trinity with the camel
clutch, she lets go.  Now, that's a submission hold that TAKES TIME to
work.  Whip reverse spinkick Jaden, elbowdrop gets two.  Jaden whip
reverse, monkeyflip, legdrop Trinity and Lee Carpenter counts two then
STOPS despite the obvious fact that Jaden did not even attempt to kick
out!  There you go, Lee Carpenter second match in a row...CLUELESS
MORON!  It'd had been better if the match ended here at 2:20, but it
continues.  Jaden suplex, slam.  The girls are moving slow through
much of this.  Tornado DDT Jaden gets two.  Jaden whip hurraconranna
Trinity gets two.  Trinity whip reverse powerbomb gets two.  But look
who's coming out now, it's MPW Heavyweight Champ Gluttony with Erebus
and he jumps in the ring to interrupt the title match then
clotheslines and chokeslams both girls for the SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT
FINISH at 5:15 mins.  Here we go again, there better not be a string
of these like there was in Bethalto or I'm gonna be pissed!  Their
last match in Bethalto was better than this, especially cause it HAD a
real conclusion.

NO WINNER:  NO CONTEST -> 5:15 mins. *

I have to wonder why the girls just STOOD there instead of flee the
ring.  If Gluttony wants to beat up women so bad, he should get a sex
change operation.  Gluttony ain't a bad{at}$$, he's just an {at}$$hole who
beats women.  And those SAME two guys behind me want the glut to beat
the girls some more, which I retort, so you like to beat up women
don't you???  Erebus has the mike but it's not working.  "Don't turn
the mike on!"  Well his mike comes on and he runs his mouth about who
he's taken out then his mike goes dead again.  He then runs his mouth
about Cowboy Bob Orton not being back since the last time he's been
here.  He then tries to run his mouth about Dan "The Beast" Severn who
his glut chokeslammed him to Hades.  Erebus then says "Envy" Christian
Haze has a title shot against Gluttony, he's not Christian Haze
anymore, he's "Envy" and he has his place in line and must lay down
for the glut.

"The Irish Nightmare" Devan Scott 6'3" 268lbs. Topeka, KS vs. Pride
6'2" 160lbs. Parts Unknown w/ Erebus - Pride is one half of the
hardcore champions cause they booked themselves into a split hardcore
title somehow with Sloth.  Devan Scott was someone who threw a fit
over my silly comment about getting what you pay for.  His home fed is
IPW Midwest out of Kansas.  Erebus throws a major temper tantrum over
my signs, including "Erebus Still VERY Insecure".  And the referee
throws him out, cause the referee is NOT Lee Carpenter.  How much does
Pride does he have?  He has NO Pride.  Scott attacks Pride from behind
and beats him in the corner.  Scott tosses Pride out to the floor,
which is BARE CONCRETE.  Man they still haven't put mats down.  Rail
ram by Devan, toss into another rail, toss into a THIRD rail in front
of me, Pride gets posted.  Scott fetches a chair but the referee takes
it away, cause this is apparently NOT a hardcore match.  Rake by
Pride, suplex on the floor, elbowdrop, Pride pulls out a chain and
slugs Scott with it.  Pride whips Scott into the side of the ring, DDT
on the floor by Pride!  Ouch.  Pride tosses him in finally, whip
FLATLINER Pride gets two.  Devan Scott grabs Pride's mask with the
Iron Claw and after a number of two counts he pins him with it.  Wild
brawl on the floor it was, and it had a clean-cut finish thankfully.

WINNER:  "The Irish Nightmare" Devan Scott pin -> 5:55 mins. *½

After the victory, Scott fetches a chair then BLASTS Pride in the head
with it.  There goes Pride and he has none.  Pride stumbles out of the
ring and flops on the floor.  The security guys are still aching from
those stupid cane shots.  BTW, I'm getting sick of the Legion's theme
music being played almost every match; it's just like the nWo's music
being played every time one of its members hits the ring.

MPW Heavyweight Championship
(c)Gluttony 6'8" 400lbs. Parts Unknown w/ Erebus vs. "Envy" Christian
Haze 6'2" 250lbs. Phoenix, AZ w/ Erebus - This is a rematch from
Bethalto.  Considering how "Envy" Haze eats up all the fan support
when he's FIGHTING another Legion member and acts like he doesn't care
much for Erebus anyway he should just dump him and be done with it. 
This is the second match Haze has fought in tonight.  Lockup shovedown
Glut.  Another lockup and shove.  I whipped up a "Gluttony Beats
Women" sign to express my disgust at the turn of events from earlier. 
The Glut beats Haze in the corner, shoulderblock, rope burn, and chops
away.  Glut charges, Haze yanks the top rope down but Glut doesn't
fall out.  Glut, kicks Haze to the floor.  He goes outside, Glut puts
Haze on the post then charges but Haze moves.  Glut crashes into the
post, Haze suicide drive.  Haze kicks away at the leg, Haze running
shoulderblock has no effect, crossbody attempt is caught, Glut
powerslams him for two.  Glut chokes away then tosses Haze out.  Glut
chops him against the rail, fetches a chair and tries to blast him
with his head against the post, but Haze moved again.  Chairshot Haze
has no effect, Glut punches the chair into Haze's face.  Glut throws
him in for two.  Glut goes to the second rope, splash gets two. 
Another splash attempt missed.  Kneedrop Haze, figure four, Glut grabs
the rope.  Sleeper Glut, Haze elbows out.  Samoan Drop by Haze, and a
slam...somehow he managed to lift that 400 pounds.  Haze with a SPEAR
but that only gets two.  Haze goes to the top rope, and has to squat
way low cause of that ceiling.  Crossbody is caught, mainly cause you
can't get much velocity doing it that way, chokeslam Glut gets two. 
Whip Glut catches Haze in the tombstone piledriver and that's all at
13 mins.  Better match than the previous meeting from Bethalto.

WINNER and STILL CHAMP:  Gluttony pin -> 13 mins. ***½

The entire Legion comes out from the back and we have to listen to
that awful music again.  Pride gives Christian a DDT.  That's nice. 
Erebus is shouting orders to pick him up, Uriah wants to take him out
of it.  Haze stumbles out of the ring and crashes into the floor.  We
go to intermission, and I try to chat with several wrestlers, mainly
the critics that I can find.  I attempted to talk to Uriah, but for
some reason he decides to play mute apart from very slight head
motions and after enough asking about the silent treatment he then
cusses me out.  Yep, he's the only one who's flunked diplomacy that
night, everyone else was more friendly.  Before the second half of the
show, they pull a kid out of the crowd and someone stupidly says
"who's his opponent".  The mikes won't work again.  The announce he's
got a birthday.

Triple Threat Match
Jack Thriller 5'8" 190lbs. Ransome, MI vs. CJ Otis 5'10" 202lbs.
Kankakee, IL vs. Johnny Dynamo 6'1" 212lbs. Camden, NJ - Johnny and CJ
shake hands, Jack has none of it.  Triple lockup, chained headlocks,
chained hammerlocks that look silly.  Triple rollup and they nearly
pin themselves.  Okay these guys are just being goofy.  CJ armdrags
Jack, Johnny armdrags CJ, Jack armdrags Dynamo.  Drop kicks all get
air on each other.  Jack kicks Otis, Dynamo kicks Jack in the head. 
Dynamo charges Otis, Otis tries to do a flying headscissors and messes
it up as they flop to the mat.  Jack outside, Otis beats Dynamo, whip
back body drop attempt gets a boot, Dynamo chained sunset flip with
Thriller joining in gets two.  Thriller slugs Dynamo, slam, kick. 
Otis is slammed on Dynamo, Jack picks up Otis's legs and locks in a
Boston Crab and Camel Clutch at the same time!  He can't hold it long
though.  Thriller uppercuts Otis.  Whip Thriller, Otis jumps him,
kicks his back, neckbreaker.  Belly to belly slam Dynamo on Otis, kick
to the back, snap mare Thriller on Otis, kick to the back.  CJ blocks
a kick, kicks Thriller, snap mare and kick.  Thriller ignores it,
double snap mare on Dynamo, CJ and Jack take turns kicking him. 
Another kick for Dynamo but he move and they kick their own feet
together.  Dynamo up, got Thriller, Otis clothesline missed, Dynamo
ROCK BOTTOM and NECKBREAKER on two men!  CJ waistlock, Dynamo trips
him, form of a leglock, ties the leg, ankle to ankle tie-up, Jack
kicks Dynamo down to torque CJ's leg.  Ouch.  Another one!  Otis is
screaming.  Jack kick blocked, Northern Lights suplex Dynamo gets two.
 Jack spinning slam gets two, crucifix rollup by Dynamo gets two, Jack
catches Dynamo in the gut, drop kick & Samoan Drop by Thriller on both
men.  All three are down.  CJ chant.  Thriller goes to work on both
men, elbows chops, Dynamo with kicks and chops, Otis with forearms and
chops.  DOUBLE flatliner by Otis, he ties one leg from each man,
DOUBLE Great Muta Sickle Hold!  Otis lets it go though, he stomps away
and kicks both men.  Whip reverse hurraconranna Thriller gets one,
Dynamo breaks it up.  Dynamo goes for the rock bottom, Thriller
inverted small package gets two.  CJ armbar whip, reverse neckbreaker
on the knee.  Dynamo Rock Bottom on Thriller, flatliner Otis on
Dynamo, Thriller kick to the gut, fameasser attempt blocked, Thriller
with the STYLES CLASH!  Dynamo drop kick to the back of the head. 
Whip on Otis, he's caught, slips out, Dynamo fireman's carry and
throws him down face first gets two.  Thriller breaks it up, Dynamo
pickup Thriller, he escapes, Thriller CROSSARM piledriver on Dynamo! 
He gets two, before Otis with a side cradle gets THREE!

WINNER:  CJ Otis pin -> 11:10 mins. ****

Best match of the night and this breathes new life into the Triple
Threat match when many people have declared these type of matches
dead.  Otis and Dynamo shake hands, but Jack Thriller will have none
of it.  Sore loser.  Thriller has the mike!  He says you guys aren't
that tough with the two on one then starts rambling like a little kid
that I can't even transcribe.

MPW Hardcore Championship Unification Match
(c)Sloth 6'3" 230lbs. Parts Unknown vs. (c)Pride 6'2" 250lbs. Parts
Unknown - Well we're gonna get this nonsense of a split hardcore title
resolved...or so I think.  This is Pride's second match of the night. 
Staredown, then they start slugging away at each other. Pride
headlock, shove Sloth.  Kendo shot Sloth.  Pride is dumped outside,
Sloth rails Pride, chairshots himself, tosses him into the stairs,
another chairshot.  DESPERATION LOW BLOW Pride, chairshot.  Pride
whips Sloth into the rail.  Pride pulls out a 50 MPH sign and blasts
him with it.  Pride DDT on the BARE CONCRETE floor.  I TOLD them to
put mats down!  Suplex is blocked, suplex Sloth on the floor.  Sloth
whiffs with the sign, Pride with a rail toss and DDT, then rams him
into the ring, legdrop.  Pride with another legdrop that missed. 
Sloth nails ANOTHER security guy off his chair, drops an elbow.  Sloth
pulls out a WET FLOOR sign and whacks Pride with it, break the thing
into pieces.  They finally get back in the ring, each grab a kendo
stick and KNOCK EACH OTHER OUT with stereo shots.  Ah, but guess what,
GLUTTONY comes BACK out here and chokeslams the referee and both
Legion guys for the SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT FINISH at 7:50 mins. 
LAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEE!!!

NO WINNER:  NO CONTEST -> 7:50 mins. **

That's TWO title matches he's stuck his nose in tonight and he
attacked his own teammates!  And we're STILL stuck with a split title.
 Make a choice, merge the belts or make it a TAG title.  Erebus is
STILL running his mouth, shouting at various people.  "Harvey" chant
gets under his skin.  Sloth shoves Erebus on his way out.  You know I
have to wonder how much longer the Legion is gonna stay together with
all this in-fighting.  It looks like the thing could split into three
pieces.

Christian Haze & Uriah are back out here to wrestle again.  Christian
is doing TRIPLE duty tonight with not much left in the tank, and that
music has played for like the 10 millionth time and sucks no less. 
"The Shooter" Curtis Payne comes out and says Erebus didn't get the
job done in taking out everybody and brings out Chico Es Loco.

MPW Tag Team Championship

238lbs. Washington, DC & "Boy Is Crazy" Chico Es Loco

Mexico, MO - Payne is the former Agent C and he wants to start against
his ex-partner Agent U.  Lockup shove Payne, another shovedown. 
Armbar takedown, legdrop Payne.  Rollup Uriah gets two.  Payne with a
knockdown punch on Lust.  Hip toss C.  Tag Chico Es Loco.  Whip
dropkick CEL, two suplexes, three running legdrops gets two.  Chop
CEL, then throws Uriah to Haze and wants him in.  Haze tags in, whip
Haze leapfrog but CEL stops in front of him, Haze wants CEL to run
under his leap, CEL won't do it, finally he just LOW BLOWS him.  Tag
Payne.  Whip reverse clothesline Haze.  Haze kicks the leg, tag Lust. 
Sharpshooter Uriah, but he can't hold it, Uriah slaps CEL, Haze kicks
C.  Tag Haze, hard kick to the back of the knee.  Haze sits on the leg
draped on the bottom rope.  Tag Uriah, he chokes away, CEL kicks
Uriah, ref puts him out, we have an illegal switch.  Haze kicks the
leg, leglock Haze and grabs Uriah for extra torque.  Tag Uriah, stomps
the back of the knee, cover gets two.  Uriah whip double clothesline
puts them both down.  Tag Haze, tag Chico.  Chico nails everyone, DDT
on Haze.  Whip reverse flying headscissors, rolling hurraconranna. 
CEL goes up against the ceiling, Haze catches him into a powerbomb. 
Slugfest, CEL whip spin kick.  Tag Payne, legdrop, belly to belly
suplex gets two.  LOW BLOW HAZE.  Uriah in and nails Payne, double
team flatliner on Loco!  Uriah sets up a slingshot for Haze, SPEAR on
CEL!  Uriah does the slingshot on Payne, but Payne SPEARS Haze and
gets three!

WINNERS and NEW CHAMPS:  "The Shooter" Curtis Payne & Chico Es Loco
pin -> 13:30 mins. ***½

Uriah charges Payne but gets suplexed and dumped out.  Haze shoves
Payne, superkick Payne!  The new champs pose with the belts.  Uriah is
SLOWLY helped to the back, to which I shout, "Uriah, you STILL suck!"

Chris Powell gets in the ring and says it's time for the main event. 
They hatched a situation with Mr. Bigg and himself and talked to
Erebus about putting up control of MPW for 30 days against a title
shot for whoever it is they picked to face Gluttony.

MPW Heavyweight Championship vs. 30-day Control of MPW
(c)Gluttony 6'8" 400lbs. Parts Unknown w/ Erebus vs. "The Ace" Cowboy
Bob Orton 6'2" 250lbs. Kansas City, MO - You know Randy Orton calls
himself the legend killer, well I'd like to know when he's gonna kill
his dad?  Just joking.  Bob is 53 years old and has a full head of
silver hair, amazing he's still wrestling at this age.  Orton beats
the Glut in the corner.  Orton with a takedown and stomps away.  The
Glut runs away.  I'm being distracted by a number of fans over the
signs I made wanting to hold them or something.  The Glut misses a
clothesline and an Orton punch took him down.  Orton with the jab,
kneedrop against the neck, ref out of position, Orton gets two. 
Armbar Orton, hard elbow shots, Glut with a poke.  Glut shoulderblock
in the corner.  Elbow to the head gets two.  Orton stomps away, Glut
bails.  Glut back in, Orton lockup, Glut slugs away, Orton falls out
and almost head first.  Why don't they put mats out there on that
floor?  Glut with a big legdrop on Orton gets two.  Second cover gets
two.  Glut chokes away, wants to chokeslam him, Orton ducks it, Glut
stands there dumbfounded.  These guys are moving slow.  Glut pounds
away on Orton in the corner, shoulderblocks.  Orton stumbles around. 
Orton with a kick to the gut, running dropkick Orton!  Wow, I've never
seen him do that.  Orton knockout punch to the head, Orton works the
Glut's neck on the apron.  Gluttony's on the floor.  Orton rakes the
Glut, but gets LOW BLOWED.  Orton whip reverse Glut charges the corner
and missed.  Glut gets a chokehold, the lights go out though I can
still see what's going on, Damian Blade gets in the ring, Searcher's
in the ring too!  Stereo kendo shots on Gluttony in front of the
referee, Orton with the RKO?!? And he gets three.

WINNER and NEW CHAMP:  "The Ace" Cowboy Bob Orton pin -> 10:15 mins.

Not a good match at all being mostly a punch, elbow, and stompfest.  I
didn't get the memo that this was no-DQ either.  Bob should not try
doing his kid's move, least from my vantage point it didn't look that
great.  Pride and Sloth hit the ring, double kendo shots for them and
they get hurled down.  Here comes Lust and Envy, Orton blasts Uriah
with the belt, Searcher spin around slam for him.  Chokeslam by Blade.
 Erebus runs away.  Erebus gets in the ring and he's being slaughtered
with kendo shots, repeated whacks on Gluttony, Uriah, Pride. 
CHOKESLAM on Erebus!  Here comes Mr. Bigg, another shot to Pride's
head.  Damian tosses Sloth in, Powell has pieces of the kendo stick,
BAM on Sloth.  Chipster in the ring, Searcher picks up Erebus, Powell
with a kendo shot on Erebus!  Piledriver Orton on Erebus!  Look at all
the carnage!  Even Rod Jeremy takes a shot.  Orton gives a speech that
him, Searcher, and Blade are an unstoppable force.  Searcher says we
ought to take Gluttony's mask off, they decide not too cause he's too
ugly.  Someone says tonight's been a rebirth of Midwest Powerhouse
Wrestling.  They tease Erebus that it's time to go to school, pick him
up and knock him down with the stick.  They then say school's
cancelled.  I hand Damian Blade the sign "Erebus Still Very Insecure!"
which he sits Erebus up and puts the sign in his hands before kicking
him in the head.  And they say goodnight.

The Verdict:  A much better show by far than the effort in Bethalto,
though making Christian Haze go three times in one night is a bit much
despite the fact that he was able to keep it entertaining.  Not to say
though that all the things with it are fixed, I just did not care for
the interruptions of Gluttony in two of the title matches just for the
heck of doing so to thwart a couple of required fixes.  For the dozen
people that get St. Louis Charter Cable, the second show taping of
Godfrey is highly recommended for the triple-threat and tag match
airing the 20th & 21st, mild recommendation for the first show taping
airing the 13th & 14th.
