hpt 1.3.0/w32 17-10-02 (hpt-1.3-20021017-win32.zip) requires fconfmvc.dll
& smapimvc.dll somewhere in the PATH or the current directory.  

hpt 25-10-02 isn't listed at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1332 .

I thought of doing SET PATH=%PATH;%FIDOCONFIG and putting the DLLs in the
directory where the FidoConfig file is but the problem is %FIDOCONFIG
points to a filename...  ;-)
