Well said, Gord. I forget what cold really means until the temperature
dips to -35 or so and then I'm rudely reminded of that reality by the fuel
bill and the car's gas consumption. Fortunately I have a parka which
provides superb protection and thermal underwear and I have so far avoided
frostbite.
But we're back to temps of 0 and -2. Hopefully we won't see anymore days
of -40 this winter,
