Okay, it seems that we are 6:5 in favor of the Comm library, so unless I
get a ton of email to the contrary in the next few days, I guess we'll
do that...
This is what it entails:
CA> 3) Comm - both extended (FOSSIL, etc) and things like ANSI
CA> emulation, maybe X/Y/Zmodem, etc.
Also, we can work on a mailer to go with it! In fact, that would make a
good way to tie it all together. A good mailer has protocals built in
(X/Y/Zmodem, Telelink, Modem7, Sealink, janus, etc), comm support for
normal and Fossil, a terminal (for debugging). Maybe we could start two
projects, since so many people wanted to do a database? (We could use
the database code for something like maintaining dupe lists and maybe
tossing messages into a special format (Although I'd prefer something
like Squish or hudson)
