Don't panic!  It's not HPT!

It turns out somehow I've caused a version of Msged that uses XMSGAPI to
create bad dates.  It could be a structure alignment problem now that I
think about it.  But there is a problem that's in either Msged or SMAPI
too.  If you reply to a message, Msged (or SMAPI, I'm not sure yet) will
alter the date of the message you're replying to, I'm assuming because it
thinks it's not "correct". It really shouldn't be doing this!
Actually, I think this may due to some code in SMAPI that's supposed to fix
broken Y2K dates, but it could be causing more trouble than it's worth. 
Anyway, hopefully I can sort it all out.  Too bad about the messages that I
never wrote that now have bad dates in them though!
