I could not find any such rule in The Rules as posted by the Moderator.
Perhaps it needs to be fixed?

The use of real names can be interpreted in different ways.
For example, in Mongolia, people only have one name.  It could
be the entity known as "Daniel" is Mongolian.  However, he goofed
when he revealed he actually has more than one name, referring to
himself as "David Traechin" in a message addressed to you.

Which definitely rules him out as being from Mongolia.
