the operator's system and operators can run their systems as they see fit,

your questions have nothing to do with the situation at hand... besides, you/we
have no idea at all if that's a global twit list or a personal twit list... if
personal, like the one in golded, it won't affect the other users on the
board... if global, they can get those messages from elsewhere if they really
want to get them... it isn't like is costs $$$ to connect to any system
anywhere in the world these days, ya know...
