I recently happened to witness a steel tank being filled to 3000 psi 
  by someone unfamiliar with the equipment. When I realized what had 
  happened, I noticed that the overpressure relief valve was pointing 
  in my general direction!
  For future reference, I'd like to know how many psi it takes to make 
  the overpressure valve pop. Anyone know?
