I read some of your messages and believe you may have or will get a 
Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit.  Our assoc., worked to change the state 
carry law and want all individuals, permit or not, to join with us to make 
this state carry law work.  Effective 10-01-96, the Tennessee Department Of 
Safety will oversee this program.  The fees have been lowered on an average
