I don't think he did.   I did not see any mention of these fine
Professions in your line of the Peacmakers and the Warmongers.

I agree, that kids and teens should not be targetted for these things
and I still believe it is a very small branch doing it's own thing.

I agree.   I do remember years ago that 9yr old lad with the gun
as a member of the army.  That would be terrible to see at a Scout
Jamboree when we all come together.    Imagine it Jeff....Rambo Scouts.
