If you have internet access, you can go to www.hgtv.com and access the daily 
schedule, note the episode number, go to the show resources and then print 
out what you want.
They usually give the show/episode number when I am out of the room, or else 
I haven't seen anything I'm interested in, then I do and don't know the 
number. Now that they show it on the web schedule, it's great.
