Another neat trick is to have SEAL generate the 2.x *.ctl files and
cut and paste them into the 3.x files, making the minor modifications
needed to make them compatible. The filearea.ctl statements are nearly
identical. I also use global find and replace on the SEAL generated files
to make them 3.x compatible quicker if I have to edit large numbers of
areas.
