If you would like me to try to redress the balance a bit, I can easily pop up
a few pork, beef, lamb and fish recipes. Just tip me the wink. Of course, if
everyone is sending up chicken recipes, it implies that recipes for other
meats are of less interest.
I would have thought of Pork a la Vosgienne and Thai pork and bamboo shoot
soup
beef bourguignon and a real recipe for Cottage Pie
Lamb cutlets shrewsbury and Roast leg of lamb with eggplants and peppers
Fish Pie and Shellfish Moolee (indian)
