Yes, I have via voice that R13 is trying to vote but currently isolated.  I am
trying to reach Mike Luko via email as I do not have a voice number.  

This is expected to be a long term outage at Bob Seaborn's.  Not days, but
longer, and no, he doesn't need a spare machine.

I don't know how many others may have lost all connection as of about midnight
EST.
