Well, figured it was time to de-lurk a bit.  Here's a few simple things, some 
that little tots can enjoy.
Stocking stuffers- Now we all know it can be hard to fill that stocking up!  
Nothing seems to fit in there eh?  Try adding some of this to it.
Walnuts or Pecans, coated lightly with edible glue types used in 
Kindergarden, and rolled in candy sprinkles.  (Place sprinkles in a baking 
pan and let the tot roll them around, then set to dry).
You can also make a string of yarn and use these with little sparkles and tie 
them up every 6 inches or so, to make an interesting tree adornment that 
lasts for years.
Wrapped up pieces of 'sidewalk chalk' (washes off next rain) with each child 
getting a few pieces.  This is a warm weather craft, where the kids use it 
Xmas morning to put up Xmas greetings on your driveway/sidewalk.
