You probably don't want to F'Req TICK from the USA, but if you get
desperate enough get TICK210.ARJ here.  What message base are you using
that Tick handles and Allfix does not?  So far as I knew, Tick just makes
.PKT files and then only for the BigDesc option.  Are you sure you aren't
looking for Raid?
