    Jeddah is right on the coast of the Red Sea, about half way down 
the Saudi Arabian coast line. My compound is only a 5 minute drive to 
the sea and makes diving very convenient.
    On the East side of Saudi Arabia is "The Gulf" and divers over 
there are quite active. The Arabian Gulf however does not have the 
reefs that the Red Sea has but apparently has other interesting 
diving.
