You can also demonstrate the bug using a LocalArea listing in the
FIDOCONFIG file, writing a message then changing the area type to EchoArea
and adding a node to the export list before scanning the message base.  The
.PKT won't contain an Origin line (even though it's now an echomail area). 
The message in the message base doesn't have an origin line added either,
but that's OK (it probably shouldn't).
