I'm trying to create a "master" page that has "headers and footers"
    except that they're running up and down the sides of a portrait
    page.  The company logo is at the left of the line:

Logo
    It's going to be a catalog of sorts.  The "Lorem ipso" text in the
middle will change, but the logo text on the side is static.  Would I
make the logo elsewhere and import it as a picture/object, or is there a
way to create something in Word (version 7.0 for Win95)?
