My peas are history! They decided they'd done enough and went out
fast. I've frozen the sugar snaps in their pods. They have to be
blanched a couple of minutes, then popped into bags. But they
don't come out crunchy like when they're fresh. They taste sweet
and good, but soggy consistency.
