I have not ruled against it in here or in MATZDOBRE... I shall not rule
against it as long as I dont have a real names only rule.

I find no abuse in using the name someone was given by his parents, he has
been an adult for 30 years and has had ample time to have had it changed
legally.

The rule I refer to as the Otto Rule in the crossfire echo, is named after
him because of his protests. Which isnt any different from nicknames given
to laws passed by our state legislatures.
