If it comes down to that, yes.  Few Echoes allow any religious debate. Those 
that do often allow only pro-religious commentary, often only along the 
lines of a particular religion.

designed to belittle a couple of people. I wonder what FIDO policy

Continued usage and acceptance of another name is often sufficient, at 
least for first names. I know at least 3 people who's real first name is 
not what the use in public and pvt transactions.

It's obvious to one and all that he does not use "Otto".  That name is 
used by others just for annoyance.  You calling it the "Otto Rule" is 
just another example of the practice.
