I was just reading a Washington Post news article called "U.S. Weighs Single
Agency To Regulate Banking Industry", which you can read online here:

This article concerns the various steps that the Obama Administration hopes
to implement, in order to hopefully prevent future economic crises, such as
the one that we are all now facing.

I must admit that I find the idea of assigning the Federal Reserve as a
so-called risk "regulator" quite ludicrous.

Why?

Quite simply, because the Federal Reserve, which is not even really a
Federal agency, but rather a group of extremely wealthy private individuals
and bankers, ALREADY controls the American financial system. They control
the amount of money that is in circulation. By that very fact, that means
that they also control inflation, deflation, recession, depression, and
everything in between, including the level of employment within the USA. As
I have noted before, the American economy is totally manipulated by them,
and by extension, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank
manipulate the global economy.

In short, giving the Federal Reserve even more power as a regulator is a
very bad idea in my view, and Obama is clearly barking up the wrong tree.

Of course, as Christians, we all know where this is all eventually headed:

"And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man
might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or
the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding
count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number
is Six hundred threescore and six."

When faced with that coming reality, what else is there left to say?
