No it's not that's why it's called the SUPER 80.
I'm sure someone on the echo can give you more technical details, but without
goint to the weight and size of 100's (they can be REAL awkward getting back 
on to a rolling/pitching dive boat) they're your best bet.
Some guys will fill they're tanks to 3500 psi or even 4000 psi instead of
3000 but most dive shope will not do that for you.
