* EleBBS Support List Yeah, because people like me respond to the messages and forget to turn it off which starts an ugly cycle... Sorry about that last post, Mike. -----Original Message----- From: Mike Ehlert [mailto:mike{at}pcmicro.com] Sent: Saturday, January 01, 2005 9:57 AM To: elebbs{at}thebbs.org Subject: Re: EleBBS: Documentation for EleBBS * EleBBS Support List Hi Bert, Welcome to the mail list. Be sure to turn off HTML when posting to email here. EleBBS started off as a RA clone, so the included docs only listed the differences in features. Have a look at the EleBBS FAQ site: http://pcmicro.com/elebbs/faq Regards, Mike Hi all, I am new to operation / installing a BBS system. I need something to able to download some files from a remote PC by a limited number of people. Having some experience as a point a long time ago, I thought that a BBS would be a "simple" solution. On the internet I found EleBBS and have played with it a while but would like to have documentation to be able to make the system tailored to our needs. The big question is where can I find the documentation. The file in the Doc directory gave me hardly the needed basic info. Appreciate any suggestion.
