My sister's coming to visit from New Zealand this summer. The last time
they came here, her and her husband loved to make garlic cheese toast.
Here's how they'd make it:

- 1 loaf of "texas toast" thick-sliced bread
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- aged cheddar cheese

Chop the garlic into fine bits, sprinkle on top of bread slices. Cover
generously with slices of cheddar. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F, place bread
on middle rack of oven for 10 minutes or until the chedder starts to brown
around the edges. Remove from oven; enjoy.
