Martin,
   International Radios filters for both the R-4C 2nd IF and TR-7 are 
Zin/Zout: 50 ohms according to their spec chart. Only test I did at the time 
was to check signal loss on the S meter between the SSB filter and the AM 
filter, there was no drop in the S meter. As far as shape factor it sounds 
good to my ear and I saved money using a new $35 8 khz filter I got from 
Drake years ago.
