Squish  is  doing  what  it's supposed  to. Uncompressed  packets are 
supposed to be labeled with a .PKT extension.

You could always run squish once, then rename all of the packets with 
a .BAD extenion to  .PKT (assuming  they were  all uncompressed  mail 
with an incorrect extension) and then  re-run squish.  better to  get 
the uplink to fix things, since he's breaking the rules on his end.

Just out of curiosity,  do you  know why  your uplink  is naming  his 
packets with .m0? extensions?
