"From the time we began exploring the possibility of hosting a NASCAR
Craftsman Truck Series race at the Mansfield Motorsports Speedway, we knew
that our progress would be measured in steps.  Since NASCAR's decision to
grant us a race date in 2004, we've taken various steps to insure that the
first NASCAR National Series event in Ohio in 50 years will be a success.
