I hear that Vancouver BC isn't that bad. I lived in Seattle for almost a
year and always thought it was a dreary place to live. If it wasn't
raining or snowing, when the sun came out, it was cold and damp. I think
it's just a matter of acclmation. When I moved to San Diego, I was wearing
T-shirts in the winter months, while the natives were bundled up in
jackets. Two years later and I too was wearing jackets in the winter. The
best part was 360 days of sunshine.
