who said anything about "high order explosives"??

the sole point is that one can make a bomb out of a lightbulb and some
flamable materials... if in doubt, a quick consultation of the Anarchist's
Cookbook can help... one version uses black powder and another uses
gasoline or kerosene heated enough to melt soap chips in and then cooled...
the filament does all the work when the power is applied...
