Log in as sysop and go through the function keys.  There should be a sysop
next login feature.  This may be enabled, or something else may be going on.

  Thanks Mike, I'll have a look. But first I have to resolve a comport
problem. Binkley is finally configured right. It answers incoming calls but
doesn't seem to be passing the comport to elebbs. I put a pause on the first
line of spawnbbs.bat and found this:
Sysop next; exit at errorlevel 2.
