Like I said the one file referred to isn't in the archive and without reading the code it isn't obvious. The README.TXT and the FILE_ID.DIZ make no referance to any licencing issues whatsoever. Also there is no docmentation other then pointers to documentation. Supposing someone didn't have internet access. Wouldn't it be wise to have a small blurb on how to compile it?
