He also restarted the Dudleys-J/C match a second time, in favour of the
heels, and ignored the belt shot J/C used to finish *that* match off,
too. Obviously, the belt shot is J/C's finishing move. :)

I think Chief Morley (of RAW Tribe) has basically a "heel heat by being
inconsistent and confusing the fans" sort of gimmick. [Think of him as a
metafictional comment on the writing staff. ;)] Rather than just coming
right out and screwing the fans, he acts as if he's on the face's side,
getting the fans' hopes up, and then doesn't follow through on this
unspoken promise.
