When the "juice" hit the filament, the bulb exploded and anyone
in close proximity to it was covered with the ignited fluid and the poor
CIA director burned to death in a matter of minutes.

Anyone BUT me would know about that.  It could also have been grandma'a
lyesoap.  (-:  My guess is it was some kind of accelerant.
