They'll have to build an entirely new prison system to deal with the new
category of prisoner.  I wonder if they'll classify the new group of guards
and administrators as `green jobs'?


A lot of people will be going to prison, and if the health care they give in
prison is an example of what Hussein's new health care bill is gonna be like,
a lot of people will be dying at early ages, with or without health insurance.
