Which?  Going from Pompano Beach to Miami or PB to Gainesville?  Miami was
just a short drive south of PB and Gainesville was on my way back home.  I
suppose I'm not following you.

Ah, you're describing the boring drive through Texas.  Some parts of
Louisiana are like that.

I used to have a BASIC program with the name of SKYSCAPE.  It was written
by a planetarium director and when a certain date was entered, the program
would halt.  I looked at it and fixed the problem -- a simple math (which
I'm not that good at) equation.  It also showed Halley's Comet when it
passed the Earth back in 1984-5.  I won't see that again.
