Hi Ron,

I too am shopping for my first dive computer, and I value everyone's
opinion since I don't have the money to go buying one of each kind of
dive computer and I have not found a place willing to let you rent the
dive computers, they'll let you check it out in their pool(if they have
a pool on the premises).

RW>LC> All in all, I think the Uwatec Aladins are the best value around.
RW>LC> There are fancier computers, and cheaper computers, but the Aladin
RW>LC> is an excellent intermediate model.

RW> I have found shopping for a dive computer like shopping for a new
RW>veichle. I keep asking myself, "how much for that one more option, and
RW>do I REALLY need it?"
RW> I'll get it narrowed down and pass on any info to this conference
RW>during my sniffing around.
Appreciate it, also please let us all know what the diving is like there
too.
