If you take the back off the microwave and cut a hole in the back of the
cooking chamber and "fix" the door interlocks you should be able
to slide the plank in, you would be best with multiple passes to even out
the drying.

BTW I saw a similar program and the advice was not to try it at home there
may be a missing step.
